Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

take note of what the blue screen text says, if you can get it to stop in blue screen, write down what the screen says and go to another computer and type those items into a google search, that will lead you to the error code page of microsoft and perhaps a better idea on what is going on with your pc

Windows keeps failing to start an screen stays blue how do i fix it?

1) Restart your computer.

3) Before the usual Windows logo screen appears another screen pops up with lots of options.
4) Select repair computer.
This option lets you repair your computer or even format your computer to the factory condition.

I have a eee pc 900hd and I keep getting the safe mode option

if a blue screen pops up with white writing theres something seriously wrong with your laptop a blue screen on a computer is the worst possible thing that could happen apart from the thing actually exploding and can be caused by a wide range of things, my suggestion would be to reinstall windows as it will basically give you brand new computer with no errors

Monitor not working

These messages appear during if the video cable becomes disconnected or
damaged.(most likely you will need to replace it)
Turn off your monitor and reconnect the video cable; then turn on both your computer and the
monitor.
If your monitor screen remains blank after using the previous procedure, check your video
controller and computer system; your monitor is functioning properly

Blue screen display

Check the memory of your computer. this could cause blue screen display. Be sure to check also the cooling fan for microprocessor and video card cooling fan if it is working. Sometimes it cause blue screen and needs to re-start your computer. If you have two slot of mem that is occupied then, you can remove one and leave the other one. Be sure to power off your computer before doing this. Then turn on your computer and try to observe it. If the problem still exist then do the same with the other memory and check it again. I hope that these could help your problem.
