My screen on my phone only half works...i can only see the bottom left side. I am trying to delete my call history but can't see which buttons to use. Can you please help me?
Match your phone with someone else's same phone of same model number.a service centre near to you can provide you this help without charging you anythig. i was having the same problem and i did the same and i got the results. there is nothing given in the manual about this particular problem.the half screen visible problem occurs because of battery problem if not then moisture inthe chip board of the mobile or mobile got contact with water that makes display blurr or hafly visible.
So the screen isn't completely showing everything I assume? This can be due to a loose or broken connection inside the phone.

I had the exact same problem you need to get a new phone from your subscriber. They replaced mine under warranty. At most i think you only need to pay 50 bucks for a replacement. As your unit is defective. I even tried to open mine up to readjust the connector for the screen. and it did nothing.
I hope my experience on this issue helps out as i had the same problem.

im surprised your screen is even usable. When mine went all it would do is give me vertical lines in the lower left corner. Then i couldn't even make calls on it.
so your on a replacement phone?
you need to get a new phone if they gave you a broken warranty phone they will issue you a new one.

ive gotten defective warranty phones. Ive seen plenty of cases where warranty phones are bad. did you even discuss that with your service provider. and you want to know what key to hit to delete something its the upper right source key and you hit it 2x then enter and it will delete.

when in the call history.
CLICK the upper right source key
you CLICK it 2x then the function key
and it will all be delete
like it says in the manual for the phone if you had read it.
your screen is still done for and you require a new phone. Good luck with that though.

Hi Texas you better to reset your phone to factory setting.Take the battery of phone,just wait for 30 minutes to put it again.I experience your that's only i did.

I know there are certain number buttons you can push to use delete.
Manual is insufficient for what I want
