Question about Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ9564J Top Load Washer
You do not work from the back sides of this washer. Their are several different styles of direct drive washers but they all are put together the same way. What you do is swing up the controls. Unplug the lid switch pop the S-clips and tip the case towards you. Then sit it out your way. Older models have the screws exposed so you can easily remove them. Newer models have the screws hidden and some models have the screws in the back. The latest models don't use any screws at all. you simply slip in a putty knife under each end and ppop the control.
