On your phone follow these steps:
Go to
Messaging....... Scroll down to
Settings and select "settings"
Scroll to..... Text Messages
You will then see "Service Centre"
Go back and call the Customer care of your Telecom Service Provider
Request for the Service Centre Number and you will be given.
It will start with + then country code and a phone number
e.g +234802470130
Select "Service Centre" and then Select "New Service Centre"
Type in the number you are given then save it.
Scroll to the number and then select the number to mark it.
Go back to Write New and start typing your message then send it........

You cannot send
messages because the message centre number stored in your mobile may be wrong.
Please enter the
correct message centre number. To get the correct message centre number please
call your service provider and they will provide you the number.

Messaging >Options >Settings > Text message >Message centres
