Question about Keurig Platinum B70 Coffee Maker
Another person on Amazon reported this problem, and Keurig sent them a new one:

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Keurig B-40 B40 Elite Gourmet Single-Cup Home-Brewing System (Kitchen) You're probably wondering why I would give 5 stars to a product that broke on me in the first six months. Well, let me tell ya...
I bought the B-40 Elite through Amazon in January 2010 and used it daily for about three months until our weather warmed up here. I'm not a huge fan of coffee in the summer, so my machine got a rest. But twice in the past couple of months I've fired it up and it won't start. The power comes on, it hisses for a few minutes, then shuts off. The water never heats up.
So I called the Customer Service Line yesterday and they walked me through a couple of potential fixes and then, out of nowhere, the technician says, "Ok, I'll send you a new one. All you have to do is send me back the K-Cup holder (which is a tiny plastic cup about the size of two shot glasses)."
"That's it? Really?"
"That's it. No charge. Just put the little plastic K-Cup holder into a padded envelope and send it back to me within 30 days. And for your trouble, I'm going to send you some extra coffee. What kinds are your favorites?"
Wow. Talk about bowled over. While I love my B-40 Elite and my coffee (try Donut Shoppe), I love their customer service even more.
Here's their web support site:
Contact them, or whoever you purchased it from, and perhaps you will have the same luck.
Hope this helps!

Unfortunately this is a common problem. The water reservoir tank probably isn't seated properly. Try wiggling
the tank a bit and if that doesn't do the trick, completely remove the
water reservoir and then replace it. Once it's seated properly, it
should start drawing water and brew as designed. This seems to be a
design flaw with this particular model, so periodic adjusting of the
water reservoir may be necessary to ensure it is seated properly if
your problem persists.
You also need to check if the auto-shut off is enabled. If it's enabled, try to turn it off and see if that will help.
Thank you and good luck!

Kindly clarify whether it does not brew or it does not on at all (dead)?
