I am trying to determine what printer cart. I need for my d 135 all in one printer. I purchased this used and it didn't have cart. in it. Thanks

I have purchased printer inks which arrived today, on installing them I have found the black cartridge is faulty and won't print - so - do I return all the cartridges or only the faulty one???


Dear
if it is a set, then return all carts. If other carts. are OK and you are confirmed then only faulty cart. return. But before return better talk/mail with the supplier.

Printer humming noise


Dear
If refilled toner cart used without proper cleaning, the rollers may sticked and jam so motor try to move but could not, make it free or remove the toner cart and hear the moving sound. or you may try with another cart. Else motor or main PBA fails.

Just purchased a used HP LaserJet 4 Plus -- when turned on and installed it is showing 14 no EP CART -- we do not use cartridges so need to reset to default settings. Tried Power On and holding online but...


Ensure that the Toner Cartridge is installed correctly (fully
seated into the printer). Try a new Toner Cartridge. If the
problem continues, try this

14 NO EP CART Message

The printer detects the presence of the Toner Cartridge and the
level of toner present in the cartridge through the condition of the
ANTIN signal. The ANTIN signal becomes part of the serial data
stream used to communicate with the DC Controller (see Figure
7-5 for cartridge components). Troubleshoot the 14 NO EP CART
(or INSTALL TONER CARTRIDGE) message as follows:
1 Reseat the Toner Cartridge. Try a new or known good Toner
Cartridge.
2 Check the High Voltage Contacts for damage. If the contacts
are dirty or damaged, clean the contacts after the repair.
3 Replace the High Voltage Power Supply.
4 Check and reseat the HVPS cable.
5 Replace the DC Controller.

Error message reads: left cartridge incorrect.


hello there :

this error refers to the black ink cart not being detected . 

possible the new cart has a some fault on it ., u can confirm it by checkin for any defetc , leak on the cart itself or test the printer with another black cart , (if u hav one ).

*if the old black cart is still detected by the printer though the ink is low ...then jus call dell tech support ., with the order # for ur purchase and the cart replaced .

each dell cart u buy has 2 yrs warranty on them .so use them

I have purchased compatible ink cartridges for the first time and the only colours that print are yellow and black


Sometimes the compatible carts don't fit right, the inkpad on the bottom is too far up in the cart. You need to buy extras and try swapping them out before going for more expensive repairs. Do a couple cleaning cycles each time you try new carts.

Printer Door


Hi,

I have that exact problem at work. There is a bump on the right side of the lid...and when you close the lid it presses on a lever. Check and see that the bump actually pushes that lever downwards. That's how the printer determines that it's closed.

Inputting new ink cartridges


Error 1102 means cart error. Try cleaning the copper contacts on the cart and the contacts in the printer also. If still fails, then put old carts and check if u still get same error. If u dont get the error then there is a problem with the cart itself. But if you have bought a refilled cart then the print heads on the carts are bad. Needs replacement.
