Question about Palm TX Handheld
Did you download the latest Manager for your OS? Click on this link or copy and paste the complete link into your browser. If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it. Thanks, Joe
1) Download the Desktop manager
2) manually reset the TX
While holding the Power button, use the tip of the stylus (or a similar object without a sharp tip) to gently press and release the RESET button inside the hole on the back of your device.
The RESET button may be somewhere else on the back of your particular device.
First you'll see a palmOne or Palm logo and a progress bar. Keep holding Power.
Then you'll see a grey circular Palm Powered logo. Now you can release Power.
When the warning appears, press Up to confirm the hard reset.
If a language selection screen appears, select the same language you selected for your desktop software.
3) connect TX to PC and sync.
Click on this link or copy and paste the complete link into your browser.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
