The family number won't help you get information. You need model and code numbers. If you knew the model I can explain how to set it up. also what is this engine used on?
Your best bet is to call your local small engine or outdoor power equipment dealer with a model number. The parts dealers can look up your belt in no time flat.
Parts for the engine can be purchased from briggs and stratton
The bearings and seal can be purchased from Napa. Dimensions are required for the bearing inner and outer diameters. (Caliper time)
The tines.... I don't know. My experience on the tines is you either find an old Hahn Eclipse Tiller for parts or you find a good craftsman that can make one. I had to make a LH tine using the broken parts, some forge hardened bar stock and a welder. The tine manufacture took much longer than expected...!

I went to MTD web site and they had all the manuals for all there products. You will need a model and serial number to get them. Thank you for responding back to me.
I got the manual for the tiller and the engine.
