I had the same problem with the cyan color, and after some consideration, found that the imaging drum was the cause.
When I removed the imaging drum I noticed that the sponge roller (about a 3/8" in diameter) for the cyan had slid to one side. I put it back into place, cleaned the rest of the rollers of the Cyan mess and everything printed normal again. My thoughts are that it will happen again so I will need to replace the sponge rollers eventually. I hope this helps!

black streaks the toner cartridge is leaking from the left side which is easy to check pull the tone and look at the gears on the left side to see if toner is present. if these gears have toner on them the cartridge is leaking replace it. check the fuser for wear marks on the hot roller which is the top roller when these get worn through the outer coating they will create black streaks

take a q-tip and clean the scanner window. this is located in a 3/16' opening on the roof of the printer cavity it will be about 8inchs long. pull the toner cartridge and feel with your fingers on the roof of the cavity this will be located above the transfer roller slightly towards the front of the printer. white lines like this mean the laser is being blocked usually by a bit of toner or other dirt of some kind

SOURCE: black ink streak on left
Run a half test.
Put paper in the manual feed tray(tray 1).
Send a print job to printer. When the paper gets 3/4 of the way into the printer, open the cover. Pull out the toner cartridge, look down at the sheet inside the printer. Does it have the streak on the left side? If yes...your toner cartridge is bad. If no...replace the fuser.
