Question about GE 24 in. Profile PDW9880JSS Built-in Dishwasher
The user manual is available at this site. I suppose the PDW9800 series should apply to your model.
See page 5 for cancelling delay start.
Once you have confirmed the dishwasher is on normal cycle and it still does not work then post a comment with information on what lights if any are flashing. Also check the troubleshoot section in manual on page 14

Hi sallysue5928 - How long was the delay start set to? Typically the delay time selected will be displayed as 30, 60, or 90 minutes or 2 through 14 hours. However, try reprogramming the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart unit. If it was unsuccessful then unfortunately you will have to wait till the time of the delay start cycle that was selected.
