Hello did you install the graphic driver ???
If not download the driver here for your windows system:

Please check the screen cable for loose connection.
Check also the screen on another pc for fault.

If a external graphic card is installed, visit the graphic cards homepage for downloading the driver.

Try also to look in the device manager for any drivers missing.

Good luck

Please be informed that any Driver Software depends upon its Hardware make and Operating System support. You need to know all these information to get started working with that particular hardware. You can find the driver software inside the disc provided to you at the time of purchase.

Can i get a webcam to fit this notebook I would love to have an attached webcam. thank you Thanks

check for a free usb port on the side of your notebook. A usb port looks like a square opening where you would plug in a component. If you see a free usb port, then you can buy almost any webcam that you want. Just make sure you get a camera that works on your operating system and uses a usb cable to connect to your pc. If you choose a camera that does not have your operating system listed as compatible the pc may not recognize the camera without installing software or drivers first. Some notebooks do not have a cd or dvd player in order to install software. If you have a cd/dvd player on your notebook, Make sure you install the software for the camera before connecting the camera. if you do not have one, try choosing a camera from a reputable source (like HP) so you can download the software required for free over the internet. Hp has software and drivers available for free download on all their products from their website at

SEW-3030 Software does not install from CD.

Try the following to download the Windows or Mac drivers needed to run the SEW-3030:
I've used to connect the monitor to my Mac. The package (for Mac) also contains Mars Camera, a software that can operate the camera when the monitor is connected to the computer. It was developed by Mars Semiconductors Corp, which I guess is behind the chip needed for the monitor and camera to communicate.

I have a Sylvania Netbook I just received for christmas model# SYNET07526-R , and am trying to upload pictures from a Nikon Coolpix L22. "Enter the name of the driver for this USB device" pops up...

You cannot add a driver for your camera to the CE system to operate your camera up-load, and the SYNET07526 does not have the ability to operate such software required toupload your camera. What you can do is, using the SDcamera card plug it into the SD slot on your SYNET07526, and look at the pictures by going to "My Computer" and finding the SD card and clicking on the folder pictures. Then you can transfer them to a USB thumb drive plugged into your USB port. That way you can save your pictures.

I would advise possibly getting a quad to view all 4 cameras. You can also check on the back of the DVR if there is any other place to plug your monitor into. Usually there is a spot port and a monitor port. One will give you the split screen without using a quad. Any camera should work on your system. You would just need to buy a prefabricated cable if you are not familiar with termating BNC connectors. I have a site below that was helpful when installing the cameras at my house. Hope this was helpful.

What is your operating system?
Some webcams just aren't compatible with Vista or Windows 7.
I'd recommend looking on the manufacturer's website and seeing if they have posted any solutions or have appropriate drivers for what you need.
