Question about HTC Cell Phones
What i would recommened before any more analysis is concluded is to perform a hard reset. this means that you will lose all data on the phone. if it connect to pc for sync then you can backup before performing a hard reset.
HERE IS THE STEP TO PERFORM A HARD RESET
1. holding the two keys above the red and green keys. (the soft keys as they are called.)
2. with your hand still on the two keys use the stylus pen and insert it into the "reset hole". mostly located at the buttom of the phone.
