I have a kenmore upright 12 amp (M.N. 116.30003402C) vacuum that is not drawing anything up the hoes. There is no obstrution in the hoes and motor, belts, components are working, but there seems to be perhaps something missing(a part) or lost in the macinism that aids in drawing the air required to **** dust/dirt through the hoes and into the bag. Perhaps a diagram of parts and their function would help. Thank you.
