Here are three tips: 1. turn off UMTS/3G in your network options, choose the standard 900/1800 instead of auto or UMTS. This can save a lot of battery. 2. turn off bluetooth 3. turn on the power save mode and reduce the screen brightness (you can also select the black handset theme)
check that the memory card u use is not a cheap one you get such as carphone warehouse's version -_-' if u have a branded one such as san-disk then its most likely a fault with the phone itself, i have had the same problem, i replaced the battery and put in on charge for a full two nights and it worked fine.
Hi i am not 100% sure but have you been noticing any battery life issues yet?
The red key may (Im not sure) be the default dead key which means as soon as you battery degrades the red key will stop working. This can normally be fixed via buying a new battery. I am not 100% sure tis was in the case of my old nokia but it may work on a viewty thanks.
hello, if this phone is only a few weeks old,you normally have a warranty.you can contact the shop where you purchased the phone.you'll get a new one. I really think, that it is a software-fault.so when it is not too old,the shop has to give you a new one.
