Question about Bosch 24 in. SHU53 Built-in Dishwasher
I have a Bosch SHU4302UC. Wash cycle runs fine, but when it the rinse scycle starts it runs forever. Sounds like the water comes in for ther rinse cycle and then it just rinses forever. I have tried resetting the cycles but that does not seem to have done anything Mine does the same thing. Is there some sort of tubidity sensor that adjusts the cycle time based on how dirty the water is?
I'd say it is the control module is out -- cost about $100 (I am on my third). I got a "lifetime" warranty when buying my second one. If you are handy, you can replace it yourself. You can call Bosch to confirm this (I did). It mounts inside the door. I have a Bosch SHU5316.

It sounds like a thermal stop. The water in the rinse wants to get up to a certain temp to satisfy the thermistor but doesn't reach it so it will stay there. If you have an amp probe you can put it on to see if the heater is coming on. This could be your problem.
