Question about HP DeskJet 3650 InkJet Printer
First thing I would do is delete the printer and uninstall the associated software, then redownload the latest drivers/software from the link below(just select your operating system on that page)
Then install the drivers/software you download and try to do a print head cleaning again. If you weren't having any problems before you replaced the cartridges the cartridges could be the problem. Did you replace them with genuine HP cartridges or refilled/3rd party cartridges. That can have an effect on print quality as well.
