Question about Televison & Video
Don't know what you mean by picture here ( cant see it) but if capacitors look swelled ie domed , swelled in any way distorted , replace them, look out value , say 100uf , voltage , say 100v, and running temprature , say 105 c.
replace with exact part and make sure of polarity, the capacitor has a stripe on one side for negative connection
