Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have asus a52j . how i use web cam to take photo and where i should go to check photos

Install the webcam drivers from the cd that came with your computer.

Type "webcam" in the search bar at the bottom left of your screen after clicking the windows orb.

This should bring up your webcam software.

View photos in your My Pictures folder some-times under the heading webcam.

Take care!

I need a manuel laptop asus X44H-BBR7/Intel core 13-2350M

Have you tried looking for it in your program list? Click Start/Programs and look for the ASUS Folders. Search them for Manuals.

Try ASUS's website for downloading the manual.

Get online and got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "ASUS Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating system when requested. Look for Manuals on the site.

Bought a new asus n53jq laptop... removed a lot of bloatware.. running cleaner now and just how i like save for one thing: the top hot keys for changing performance profile (entertainment/powersave/high...

When you were uninstalling the extra software components you might've uninstalled a keyboard driver that allowed the laptop to recognize those keys. To re-download your drivers and utilities do the following:

  1. Go to the asus site for your laptop model: http://usa.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=6afhPttZtPFCOfXG
  2. Go to the "Download" tab
  3. Select your OS
  4. Under Utilities find the driver uninstalled and download it (this might take some trial and error, i'd suggest trying "ASUS FancyStart" utility or "LifeFrame 3 Utility" under the "Utilities" category).
  5. Install the downloaded software.
Hope this was of use!

How do i use my webcam and face recongtion on my asus k60

There is a program that comes with your Computer called ASUS FancyStart, or I'm sure you can go to ASUS.com to download the software. If your just trying to use the web cam, you can use the software called ASUS LifeFrame. They should come already installed on the computer. And you can go to them by clicking on your Windows Icon, and searching under ASUS Utilities.

Install ATK0100 driver first

You will need to install the update first, I found 3 versions of ATK0100. You can try all versions if you like starting with the latest version. Just remember to create a restore point before you install any of the drivers that you want to upgrade just in case anything goes wrong, you can go back to an earlier time when the system is working OK.

Latest Version :

Asus ATK0100 ACPI Utility 1043.2.15.61

**For creating restore point, you can just go start>all programs>accessories>system tools> System restore. Just choose create a restore point and specify a restore name.

**The Drivers that are available are for Windows XP
