May be busted, but before you take it to the shop try these few things. 1. Unplug machine for 30 seconds 2. Then plug back in, (lights should still be blinking) Take silver handle that you lift when you put in coffee pods and gently push back handle as far as you can for 3 seconds. This should reset your machine, back to factory settings. To then reset coffee cup settings to your personal taste by: 3. You can adjust the fill of coffee by holding the large coffee cup down for as long as you want to fill it. Try holding the button down for 20secs., next cup of coffee should automatically fill for 20 seconds. Do the same for small coffee side. Hope this works,it has for me; just not sure because of the cold water pumping out issue. good luck

Bypass doser doesnt work. I put grinded coffee powder in there and hit the bypass button, then the small coffee button, The machine starts but no coffee dripped but only hot water? Did I do something...

Hi, sounds like your pushing the wrong button or doing the process in the wrong order. If your putting coffee in and only getting water, then that tells me that is is dumping the coffee before it gets brewed. dazza

When I press the Large coffee button it grinds the beans and then starts to flow the water through, then when a small amount of coffee is in the cup it stops. The Medium and Small coffee buttons work well...

Just needs to be reprogramed. Try reprogramming the machine. Push and hold the button for the coffee you want, but hold it all the way through the process. Don't release the button until you get the amount of coffee you want for that button, then release the button. That should get you the same amount next time. You can do this for each coffee button.
If that doesn't fix it, then you might need a new flow meter.

Solis Palazzo coffee coming out weak & cold, water from nozzle is hot! Any ideas??

HI
There could be other things wrong but usually when the water temp goes down, its because you are starting to get scale build up in the boiler. This insulates the water from the heat. What do you have your water hardness set on. It should be set on the max, with all the lights lit. Check it by pushing and holding the small cup and water buttons. While holding them down, turn on the machine. Release the buttons and your ready to program the machine. Water hardness. The pre-ground button sets the water hardness. Push the pre-ground button (scoop) and the lights at the top of the panel should light up one at a time from left to right.. Always set the hardness to the max. Turn on all the lights on top. The machine will tell you when to descale. It’s better to descale more often than not enough.
Descaling the Palazzo: The Palazzo is programmed to descale the boilers on its own, when set in the correct mode. You program the machine to descale it’s self, do the following. With the machine turned on, push and hold the left 2 buttons (clean and pre-ground). This should light the top right red indicator light. Mix your descaling crystals in 32 to 48 oz in your water tank. Stir until they are completely dissolved in the water. Next, have a container that can handle about 2 quarts of water under the steam wand, or have the machine positioned next to a sink. Next open the steam knob on the right side of the machine. You should hear the pump turn on and pump about 2 to 3 oz’s. of water through the wand into the container. The pump should turn off and there will be a wait of about 2 minutes. The pump should turn on again and more water will come out. It will do this until it has completely drained the water tank. Do not interrupt this cycle until the machine has stopped on its own. When it does stop, all lights on the bottom will flash. Rinse out the water tank and refill with fresh water. Place the water tank on the machine again, and then close, and then open the steam knob again and let the water just flow through the boilers until it is emptied by the machine. Don’t turn off anything until the machine stops on its own. This will clear the descale light. Refill the water tank again with fresh water and your ready to go.

No water flow after trying to prime

Hi First off, don't leave the machine on for a long time if you don't have any water flow. If its been setting for a long time you might have a stuck check valve in the pump. The best way to prime the pump is to put in test mode. Turn the machine off and then push and hold the 2 right buttons at the same time. While holding them down turn the machine on. Release the buttons and turn the dial counter clockwise till it stops. This will keep the machine from heating. If you push the center button the pump will activate. Open the steam knob. If you don't have your old priming pump, you can use a bulb aspirator. Remove the water tank and fill the bulb with water. Insert the bulb into the hole on top of the machine where the tank was. Push and hold the center button and squeeze the bulb to force water into the hole. Sometime it takes 2 people to prime the machine easier. If the bulb squeezes easily and water flows, you did it. If not keep trying. You may have to remove the pump and blow some air through the small end (intake side).

Saeco vienna saying brewunit blocked !

Hi There is a test mode for the Digital and we can see if you have a bad power board. Turn the machine off in back. Push and hold the small coffee button and the menu button (top left) at the same time and while you are holding the buttons turn the machine on. Release the buttons and you should have numbers in the display. If you can push the bottom left button and the machine makes a sound like the motor is moving, turn it off and then back on. If you don't get the message now you should really clean and lube your brew unit.

Astoria SAE 1 trickle of water from hot water faucet

Some models have an economiser valve, which mixes hot water from boiler with cold from inlet line, that could be closed or obstructed. The line from the boiler to the solenoid or the pipe inside the boiler could be blocked.

Machine says ventilate

When it says to ventilate, it is asking you to prime the pump. Put a cup under the panarello wand ( the steamer/frother) to catch the discharged water and press the hot water button (upper left button on my machine). Wait until air stops coming out with the water, usually 3-5 ounces, and then press the hot water button again.

You machine is now ventilated (primed) and should be ready to go.

make sure that the machine is turned on on the left side in the back.  this machine needs an hour or so to warm up the reservoir of water built in to the machine.  try again.  this machine should stay on all the time.
