Question about Cell Phones

1 Answer

I was messing with my phone last night, and somehow I locked myself out. I don't remember the password, and now it will only allow me to make an emergency call. It asked for a PUK # but I don't know what that its. I bought the phone about 2 yrs ago and never did this before.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Have a Samsung Galaxy Slll Somehow, as I was putting a password in to lock the screen, it instantly went to the locked screen, without my finnishing a password. Now the darn thing is locked and I don

Well try to type in the password you were typing when it locked itself. Other than that the only solution is to do a factory reset but you would use everything.

I have this flash dirve and somehow it's managed to lock I don't ever remember setting up a password and now I'm not able to open my document

Check the physical card. Some devices will have a physical lock switch, that or you encrypted the card. Does it ask for a password? If it does and you don't know it. I'm afraid your SOL. Format the card and move on.

My daughtersl locked her phone Samsung gt 15801 its asking for password before it will open and of course she can't remember it. Is there away i can reset phone?

Try the default passwords of 1234, 0000, and the last 4 digits of her phone number. If those don't work you might be able to take it into the service provider's store and have them reset it.

My kid brother randomly put a sim lock password! I desperately need help, like the default password. Urgent, thanks!

There is no help available for this problem other that that which you can get from your service provider. A password is a password ... they protect information from 'outrsiders' You will probably loose this SIM as a result of your brother's little trick.

In the future, if this is a problem, I suggest you invoke the phone lock available on your device. Default LOCK is the last 4 digits of your number in most cases. If you invoke this lock, you will have to remember, recall and use the unlock number every time you want to do anything with your telephone. Not a convenient thing to do ... but will prevent malicious mischief of this type.

If this were 25 years ago, I would suggest you take your brother out behind the barn and explain how your phone works to him... if you get my drift. But since it is 2011, I will recommend you ask him to not mess with your things in the future particularly since your telephone is in Jeopardy and it will probably cost you money to get it fixed.

This the best I can do for you today. Thanks for allowing me to offer this advice to you this afternoon and thanks for visiting
