Question about Computers & Internet

1 Answer

Hi, I need help. I have two older external hard drives - one Western Digital and one Maxtor. Therefore, I also have two power supplies, one 12V-2A, the other one 12V-3A. How do I know which power supply belongs to which hard drive? Thanks.

I need to replace my power cord, brick for WD My Book 320. It is rated 12V 2A. The available cords are either 12V 1.5A or 3A - which one should I get?

The main thing that you should worry about is the Volts. so since you have 12V you can use any one of them. the 3A will be better as it has a better Amps. good luck

If you can procure it you need a "Wattac" AC adapter
model: BAO362ZI-8-A01 (made in China)

Otherwise you need a 12 volt 2 Amp. power pack with positive on centre contact & 2mm pin hole.
