Question about Epson ACULASER CX11NF All-In-One Printer
My documents do not scan through. Rollers do not move. I get an Error Message that says C2011. I call Espon Tech Support. They say its a hardware problem.
Here try this, turn it OFF then locate the cable that is connecting the ADF and the main FLATBED scanner. Disconnect and re-connect it.
