I dont have any blueprints but I have one of these machines. Would you like for me to explain to you how the fuel lines go? It is not that difficult. Making sure you use the right size fuel lines is important however. Post back. I will get the message.

I have a Canon PIXMA MP250, and it's printing black and faded lines alternatively. (one line black, one line faded black...), sometimes involve blue too.. Anyone can help?

First, are you running low on those ink colors? If not, possibly print cartridges need cleaning. If printer has separate print heads, they made need cleaning.
Lastly, print head(s) may need replacement.

I just replaced the cyan cartridge and I get 4 blue lines that print where they should not be. If I print a blue picture - those line tend to be a lighter blue. I have taken the cartridge out and replaced...

Obviously you need to return the Cyan cartridge to where you got it. It is bad. Is it OEM Samsung or is it remanufactured. If it is remanufactured then it will usually say "for use in" or "remanufactured" somewhere on the box.
Either way it sounds like you need a replacement cartridge under warranty.

When I print blue horizontal lines appear or being printed as wel

Do the cartridges ride on the printing carriage, or do they plug in somewhere else in the machine and have hoses that run the ink to the print head? If they ride on the printing carriage and the cartridge is new, there could be a short in the printer and it needs repair. Check if there's ink smeared on the print head or part of the printer. Generously clean the print heads with lots of paper towels and rubbing alcohol. If that doesn't work, to see if it's an issue with computer, print a test page from the printer, but don't send the print job from the computer. You need a print job generated from inside the printer itself. Not every printer can do this, but try pressing paper feed, holding down paper feed and power, or holding down cancel and power. If the blue lines disappear then but they didn't when you cleaned the heads, it's a software issue.

My HP 2840 is printing blue lines on the side of the page

3 Causes for printing Blue Lines on the side of the pages.

01. If it happens with test pages from the machine itself as well as docs;then most likely it is a bad cyan cartridge.if you open the drum shutter on the cyan cartridge, can you see a line on the drum?

02. If the Drum is opened and you can see a continuous line of blue toner is at both sides of the drum. Chance of getting blue lines printed on the side of the pages.

03. If the cartridge is leaking then and will need to be changed.thats why it's ending up on the belt also and it prints blue line on the side of the pages.

Blue Print with Lines

YOU NEED TO CLEAN IT. YOU CAN USE Q-TIPS AND RUBBING ALCOHOL TO CLEAN THE INSIDE. REMOVE CARTRAGES WHEN YOU CLEAN IT AND CLEAN THROUGHLY. THIS SHOULD DO THE TRICK.

Finding where the gas filter is

If you have a look at lines coming from fuel tank & follow them forward along the frame rails etc, and don't see one, my references tell me it is part of the pump located in the tank.

Blue lines all over the printing

Did u clean the print nozzle's as well? If that does not solve your problem, you should try and replace the cartridge. (Colour in case of blue lines and black in case of black lines)
