Pc studio not compatable

Run the Program Compatibility Wizard

1. Open the Program Compatibility Wizard by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Use an older program with this version of Windows.
   
2. Follow the instructions in the wizard.
   

If you cannot install a program, insert the installation disc for the program and, using the wizard, browse to the program's setup file, usually called Setup.exe, Install.exe, or something similar. The wizard is not designed to work on programs that have an .msi file name extension.
To change compatibility settings manually for a program, right-click the icon for the program, click Properties, and then click the Compatibility tab.

If you install the Windows 7 disk it should install generic drivers, then run ALL the Windows Updates.

Error 1603 is usually a permission/compatibility problem or you are installing to an encrypted drive.

Right-click the setup file and select Properties, click Compatibility then click Run the compatibility troubleshooter.

The software you're trying to install is an upgrade from the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Professional edition. If you do not have that version of Visual Studio installed, you won't be able to install the upgrade.
However, I would recommend you downloaded the Visual Studio 2010 Express edition, it's fully functional and I used it for a long time before upgrading to the professional edition. To be honest the only feature I use in the professional edition is the addon system. Plus, the 2010 Express edition is free and available for anyone.

You need to run the Samsung PC Studio first and while it is running, connect the device. If your PC studio has a connection wizard or something like that follow the wizard.

Start the Windows Program Compatibility Wizard.
Say that you're installing a Windows XP application.
Install your software.

This means this program not compatible with Vista.

You need to uninstall the program, and reboot the system.

Now there is a way to install with XP compatibility, 80% of the time this will work. (if this does not work, you will just have to find the version of the program that works with Vista)

To install with XP compatibility:
Running the Vista Program Compatibility Wizard 1) Click on Start
2) Click on Control Panel
3) Click on Programs
4) Click on Use an older program with this version of Windows.
5) Then just follow the instructions in the Wizard.

Insert the installation disc for the program. Open the Compatibility Wizard. In the Wizard, browse to the program's setup file (Setup.exe, Install.exe, etc.)

That would be the Installation Wizard.
Check software for resources, Operating System, and hardware compatibility, re download (if necessary), and install again.
