Create an IPSEC tunnel between you and your friends computer. Your friends computer should act as the gateway. Allow your packet information will be encapsulated within the tunnel and the router will not see the IP Header. This should work for you.

What's your problem?how can I block the facebook chat function but not block all of the facebook web site?

blacklist this url: http://facebook.com/ajax/chat/

users will see how many friends are online, but if they go to send anyone a message, it will never go through, and chat history does not show up. I am sure you can block more extensively, but for a quick and dirty fix, this does the trick.

The Administrator blocked Facebook so we can not get on facebook

If you are accessing Facebook at work or in the school, chance is your Administrator blocked this site for a good reason. However, if you try using proxies, it might just work out. There are tons of internet proxies in the internet that can give you access to social networking sites that were blocked.
