My Brother printer says; "UNABLE TO CLEAN, GO TO TROUBLESHOOTING MANUAL". Well, I can'nt find my manual. What could be done?

The LCD displays NO STATION ID, Unable to clean, See trouble shooting and routine maintenance chapter in User's Guide. On referring User's Guide, I am unable to find the Station ID for Brother MFC-5440CN.

Can you help please.
