Hello since i can't hear this noise for myself I would 1st replace the dryer drum belt and the belt idler pulley, these are the likely cause of the problem noise.
Inspection procedure:
To gain access to the dryer drum belt and pulleys you will have to remove the back panel, you will have to disconnect the power supply and vent if it has one, then pull the dryer away from the wall so you can get behind it. Unscrew the rear panel fasteners remove the panel, you will see the exposed drum, and electric motor, controls, and condenser. A belt that goes around the pulleys of the drum, motor and condenser will be visible. Make sure it is tight and in good shape, inspect the dryer belt for glazing (looks shiny) and the pulleys it runs in for excessive play, replace the necessary parts from a local appliance parts store

You will need to remove the top and front panels to remove the dryers drum and replace the belt and idler pulley. The pulleys bearing is screeching for its locked up. The belt will be stretched also

Why is my dryer is making a high pitch screaching noise?

frigidaire dryers have a rear bearing that the drum rides on,usually when you hear metal on metal sounds it will be the rear bearing

My dryer makes this high pitch screaming noise...what's going on?

In the cradle where the center drum bearing fits is a plastic bearing mounted on a metal bracket. When that plastic bearing wears down the ball begins to contact the metal bracket. Bad things are ahead also. Because now as the drum turn the bracket is cutting into the ball.c44ef56.jpg

Hoover Maxi 6 TC50 Tumble Dryer making squealing noise

Have you fixed this problem? I also have a Hoover condenser dryer, only a few months old, and has started to make a squeal/whistle. I'm thinking it might be the front fan needing some WD40, OR too much water vapour around the belt that moves the drum causing the sounds.

If it's the fan, lubricating the shaft and its components should fix the problem, if a wet fan then I'd think maybe fully cleaning the condenser filter, reservoir ect will fix the problem.

The problem seems to go away though "mostly" 15 or so minutes after you start the dryer, so that makes me think ones it gets warm something is expanding to allow more "give" so maybe the belt.

High pitched noise

It sounds like you may have a bearing problem. The motor bearing eventually gets damaged by the water vapor that is drawn in by the fan. This will cause a high pitch squeel from the motor. It is possible to replace the bearing, but it should be addressed by a professional techician.

High pitch noise

Most likely it is coming from the motor bearings, you will have to replace the motor.
