Question about Computers & Internet
I'll answer guessing you have Window XP. (Please quote it next time).
1. Open control Panel.
2. Open 'Network and Internet Connections'.
3. Click 'Windows Firewall'.
4. You can turn off the firewall by selecting 'Off' option near the bottom. Then you can download anything.
