Question about Dell Dimension 4700 PC Desktop
First Check if there are anything clogging the ports, ie: Dust, dirt, boogers..
Do you have a DOS based program with mouse functionality? Like Partition Magic...
That way you can rule out drivers or conflicts in windows being the problem.
Update the drivers for the mouse...had this problem my self before...
