Type your phone model number (N73), and follow all the steps provided on the link.
2. You may also update your phone using phone just go to application, SW Update. You may see a lots of program update here, just select programs or firmware or both (which you want to update) than go to options and select start update.

You can update your phone's software or reinstall it by following the steps below.

Select the phone model and it will show the updater.Exe software setup. Download and install it.

Open the installed software and click on start.Connect the mobile phone through USB cable.It will start checking the updates of the mobile and will start updating in your phone.

I recommend to update or reinstall the software please go to nearest NOKIA CARE and they will update or reinstall the software as required.They are more expirenced to do this process.If something wrong happens when you do updating it may make your mobile useless.So better to take to NOKIA CARE.
