Try to Examine 1st the sound in a speaker, after that if the speaker don't have any problem and its sound is ok. Your headset is the problem, Maybe you need to bring it to the shop so they will have the waranty of the headset. Also check if your headset is plug-in in the lime green plug in your PC, also check the volume, try to check the front and back of the Plug-in for the headphone on your PC.
