DVI input means Digital video input, check the cables on both monitor and the back of the computer. If they are solid and tight then you may have a bad cable. hope this helps biigg53566

Sounds like your monitor is not processing the resolution signal from the graphics card. Reboot the computer in "safe mode with networking", from there you can play around with the resolution, start low resolution and work your way up to test the monitor.

try to connect the monitor to another working PC, or to a laptop monitor socket, if it works there... then there is a prblem on you PC display driver or display card inside your PC, try to connect another working monitor to you trouble PC and check if that works.
