My samsung WEP650 bluetooth earpieces audio is not working. I am able to talk and the other party can hear me but I can not hear anything on my end. Any suggestions?

From your explanation, audio (microphone) is working: instead, speaker isn't working.

Have a phone/electronics service technician help check your Bluetooth earpiece out.

Speaker connection cable is disconnected (internally).

Otherwise, the speaker has defects and must be replaced.

A last resort may mean the Bluetooth headset board is bad.

Pioneer trouble shooting

You should confirm whether your Bluetooth Device is working. Check your Bluetooth Headset with some other Bluetooth compatible device and if it works there, your Phone is not set properly to use that Bluetooth headset.

You may call helpline number of Manufacturer for more help.

Can this be fixed

Try adjusting the volume not only on your bluetooth but also on your phone as well. The 2 volumes are not associated with each other at all. If that does not work still, your Bluetooth may not be compatible with your phone or you may have a defective bluetooth. Make sure you within 18 feet of your phone when talking on your bluetooth. Hope that helps!
