Question about Cell Phones
Welcome to Fixya!
The unlock code is usually the last 4 digits of your cellphone number. Upon registration of your phone, your network obtains the serial number of the phone and pairs it with the cellphone number. If this does not work, you have to call your provider and they will be able to give you a reset code. The reset will delete all files like photos, contacts and messages. It will be restored to factory settings.
Please feel free to comeback if you further questions.
