4 elements, 2 top , 1 back, 1 bottom. remove covers in oven to see rear and bottom if they heat. possibly selector switch fault. mine looks wired wrong from factory, cant for life of me see how it can heat as display indicates ???????????????????
I continued a search and found a manual on line... simple process to turn on self-cleaning operation... close the door and set to "clean" ... timer on this model is automatic... runs for 3 1/2 hours.. fan continues for an additional 30 minutes ... open the door and the oven is clean. Thanks
Turn the operating mode dial to self-clean, then manually hold in for about 20 seconds the light pin on the oven rim. The lock will eventually open after 20 or so seconds. Turn off the operating dial and the door will close.
