Dell 962 aio paper thickness limits (?) (by 2 users)

I print on cardstock. Lately, the printer is leaving long black streaks where it seems the paper feeds through.I read in the forum about a lever you can adjust (?) for the thickness or weight of the paper. Please advise.

When attempting to print thick business cards, the Dell 962 jams 90% of the time. The card stock says to feed one sheet at a time, but the 962 does not have a single page paper feed. Does anyone know how to feed thick paper stock thru a Dell 962?
