Try checking two different items.

  • First, using a multimeter or test light ensure that there is correct voltage going to each of the sources and you have a good solid grounding source.
  • Second is trying a reset to the unit.

Light doesn't work

First check the lamp; make sure it isn't loose in the holder, check the filament is still complete. Next check the light switch has power and is closing with the door opening. If no power, check wiring/ connection. If power in and out can only be the lamp!

Try the reset procedure, With the car running out of gear turn the steering wheel completely to the left then completely to the right then back to the middle, if this doesn't help or it comes back you will need to get the car checked by a garage with the star diagnostic system to find the issue.

Lights dim when rpm increased

Voltage issue. With the bike running, remove the negative terminal off of the battery. If the bike stops, it's the alternator. If it doesn't, have the battery tested. Possibly dead cells in the battery. If that still doesn't work, let me know the model year and we can go from there...

Hello,

The problem you are having is most likely from having a bad battery. Simply replacing it could fix your problem. It could also be due to a bad power cable that is not giving the correct voltage. Here is a link to the user manuel that explains this and any thing else you may want to know: User Manuel

I hope that this helps you!

Beep's incessantly after cycle is complete. How can we re-program it to turn off after one or two beeps?

Hello, welcome to fixya.

To Enable or Disable the Cycle Completion Signal...

1. Open the door, hold down the “Quick Wash”
button and simultaneously turn the Dishwasher on.
The “Quick Wash” light will blink (program mode).

2. While the light is still blinking, push the “Quick
Wash” button.
• If the machine beeps, then the Cycle
Completion Signal has been enabled.
• When you push the button again and it
doesn’t beep, it means that the Cycle
Completion Signal has been disabled.

3. Turn the Dishwasher off to take it out of
program mode.

I hope this answer's your question. Thank you for choosing "fixya".

Please rate the solution favorably if indeed it was helpful, if not please let me know.

Good luck.
