Unfortunately, when the update was interrupted, your Vibe's system files were probably corrupted. If you can, try reloading the device's firmware to see if that will make it operational again. If that doesn't work, you may need to contact Philips for repair or replacement.
When firmware updates are being installed, the code written to the device's circuit board is being edited, erased, and rewritten, so when the update is interrupted before it has a chance to complete, you can easily lose valuable and integral parts of that code, rendering the device unusable.
If you haven't done so already, register your device with Philips, and then contact their customer support to see if they can offer you any sort of repair or replacement for your Vibe. If the device is under a manufacturer's warranty, that will certainly help. (Try to locate your sales receipt if you still have it before calling.)
