This issue occurs when the user sends a fax using the flatbed
scanner. After the first page is scanned, a message is displayed asking
if another page needs to be scanned. The user options are YES or NO.
If the user chooses YES or NO and the fax starts to dial, they can safely press CANCEL without inducing the problem.
If the user presses the CANCEL button instead of answering the question, all future received faxes will go to memory instead of printing out. NOTE: There
is no direct means of recovering a lost fax, but unplugging the machine
and reseating the power supply will restore normal operation. An error
report will be printed and provide information about the lost fax,
which may allow the user to contact the sender and request that the fax
be sent again.
