In the setup Menu you probably have the auto adjust enabled.
go into the setup menu and locate the screen adjustments disable the auto adjust and see if that fixes your problem, if it doesnot call the Manufacturer technical rep. and ask them, it might need repair.
good luck...

How do i stop auto adjusting

Here's some tricks I would try...
1. Verify the monitor's power cord is plugged firmly into the wall outlet and the back of the monitor.
2. Verify the monitor cable is firmly connected to the computer and the monitor.
3. Verify that you have turned the monitor power switch on.
4. If the power light on the monitor is not on, test the wall outlet (plug in a light or something you know works).
5. If the power light on the monitor is not on, try a different power cord.
6. If the power light is on and yellow or orange or flashing, but nothing displays, or the display is incorrect, borrow a monitor from a friend. If that works, your monitor probably needs replaced.
7. Also, you could try your monitor on a friend's computer. If it doesn't work, your monitor probably needs replaced. If it works properly on your friends computer, the problem may be with your computers video output port, motherboard video chip (or video card, if you have one), or drivers.
Good luck.

My monitor keeps opening monitor menu and keeps auto adjusting

As you have already used a cleaner spray, this is a sign that the monitor is on its' way out. I had one that went the same way.

Asus 19inch LCD monitor keeps auto adjusting and turn off after 2secs. . i do reset it . . nothing happens. .it keeps auto adjusting itself repeatedly . . pls help me

The Auto knob maybe mechanically stuck or the internal switch may be defective. Try pressing the Auto switch firmly 10-15 times,If monitor works now the switch is defective and needs replacement. Do rate the solution.

The "Quick View" keeps popping up and there I

- I have this monitor before and already tried it to another system and it still doing it
- HP w2207 Monitor is known for this issue perhaps checking a stuck button on the monitor could fix the issue because the quick view feature is a built in feature in this monitor.

Benq monitor keeps auto adjusting over and over. help!!!

The problem may be that the computer video is on a setting that is out of range for the monitor. To quickly test this, boot to the setup screen. If it is ok, that is your problem. If it still keeps auto adjusting, there is probably a bad component in the monitor. If possible, try it on a different computer. If bad, you will most likely find that replacement is less expensive than repair.

Dell D177FP monitor - think it's the resolution

Are you using Windows Display Properties or the Intel driver to change resolution? Anyway, you might be able to resolve the issue by installing the latest driver here, as it has fixes for several issues in previous versions.

Hi,
In case you have connected both the DVI and VGA cables to the back monitor can cause this problem. Try unplugging one of the cables and check if the problem gets resolved
