In case you haven't gotten a solution yet, I wanted to try to help. My own experiences with Sandisk's support have been atrocious! Hopefully, this information will help you to solve your problem. You haven't indicated why you need to reprogram, but I am presuming that the mp3 player basically stopped functioning...

If you are ready to completely reset the player back to factory defaults, go to http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1532, and download the Sansa Connect Recovery Tool. There are instructions linked on the same page. Basically, you will be downloading an application to your PC, and then using it to recover your device. You will then need to go to your music provider and/or backup to reload any music or other content you may have had stored there.

Please post back if you need further assistance, otherwise thank you for using and rating FixYa!

That should be available with manufacturer because they dont provide it to the dealers or other technicians ...

i would advice to consult with the dealer you bought it from , he will surely take it to the manufacturer and clear the fault.or provide with you with a replacement.

service centres for mp3 players are not setup at any place.

thankyou

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I am considering purchasing a Sandisc Micro SDHC 8Gb card for my Sandisc E260 MP3 Player. Will this be OK?

Hello,

Highest capacity memory card for the e200 series depends on the firmware version.

Consulting the Sandisk page gives next information:
Sansa e200 - verify the version of the player. To check, go to Settings > Info.

For 01.xx.xx firmware (e200 version 1) - up to 2GB microSD cards
For 03.xx.xx firmware (e200 version 2) - up to 16GB microSDHC cards
NOTE: Firmware is not interchangeable.

Sansa m240

Hi. I'm having the same problem with my m250 and am concerned, since I've only had it for a month. Nothing I do, including removing the battery, hooking it up to my computer again, or holding the power button down for a long period of time works.

A few questions about my sandisc sansa e250 help is appreciated

I don't think you can use the player to convert file formats--you'll need to download some software for doing all that. Once the files are in the right format you should be able to simply drag-and-drop to the player. If you're on OS X I'm not sure what other problems there could be...
