1. Try this
Press F8 when you start your pc.
A screen will appear.
Select Safe Mode. Let the pc load until you see your desktop.
Then click My Computer, select C:
In C: , select Windows folder
In Windows folder, open system32 folder
Now, double click rstrui to do System Restore to the time before your PC was ok
After system restore, you pc will restart and your files will be restored. Your PC will be ok again.
2. Check for viruses or trojans as well Scan your PC in Safe Mode. Trojans are known to cause PC to shut down as well.
