That is mainly a problem in the installation my friend. it could be the "remote wire" or "remote on" (its the single blue wire) ...normally in case u dont know, it will reset all setting if your unhook the battery to your vehicle. which it is somehow happening when you turn off the power. it is def. the installation of the player. good luch sorry if this doesnt help at all

Radio goes out when start engine. Loses all settings.

Your radio might be shorting out. I would make sure the ground wire hasn't come off.

Toyota radio code

Emissionwiz is correct, but, his information is for older Model Camrys.

The 2003 "factory-installed" radios in the Camry product line does not have an anti-theft feature, and, because of having no anti-theft feature, there is no reactivation code. If you have a dead battery, the only thing you will lose regarding the radio functions would be the radio stations that you programmed into the memory. The radio will function properly after a dead battery is replaced with no issues.

Need radio code for 2001 toyota camry, radio 16814.

Get your VIN# from your vehicle. It will be stamped on a plate under your vehicle's hood. Once you have that, call toyota and they can give you the code and instructions to input it.
