Hello,

On the front wheel is held on by an E clip, there is a large washer that a plastic cap is snapped onto. If you pry against the egde it will pop off, then remove the E-clip, a large standard blade screwdriver will work ( don't lose it, it will try to fly away), then slide the wheel off after you have jacked it up and supported the front of the tractor.

Hope this helped

I have a troy bilt super bronco lawn mower tracter. i have a blow out and have to take the front left tire off.. I cant get the tire off. how do you remove the tire?

Remove the center cap. Then there are 3 ways the wheels are held on. One is with an E-clip, remove with a straight screwdriver by inserting in gap between prongs and twist. Two is a snap ring that is removed with external snap ring pliers. Three is a cotter pin that is removed by straighting the ends and pulling out with pliers. Next remove the washer and pull off the wheel.

I hope this is helpful for you.

How do you remove the gears on a front wheel self propelled troy bilt push mower?

Take the front tires off, pull gears and take out pins, put tires back on and you have a "non-self propell" mower.
