Question about Dell Inspiron B130 Notebook
What i can suggest is try a known good monitor, if its ok on the external monitor - try reseating the lcd/display cable refer to instructions @ http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins1300/en/sm/display.htm#wp1105347
if still the same, lcd needs to be replaced.
