What scan and antivirus do you have and how do you know that it is this specific virus? Have you downloaded, installed and ran the scan using Malwarebytes? If not follow the link to download and install the program, once you have done that run a full scan. It will let you know how many risks and viruses you have in your system and give you the option to remove them.

Pictures dowloading to my account without my clicking on them.

Download a copy of DRWEB "cure it" from the DRWeb site (its free).
Run it in safe mode, then run it again pointing it to the C:/ path (custom scan).

This should get rid of what I think is a virus

How do restore Windows XP microsoft word or remove virus on the notebook?

Don't know exactly what you mean about Word, but as far as the virus goes...
Try running Malwarebytes free version from www.malwarebytes.org. Once you download it onto the desktop (it will be MBAM.exe)
rename it from MBAM.exe to winlogon.exe (a
virus may be the prolem and no virus will look
twice at winlogon as it is a system process), then
install update and run full scan. Also before you scan do a system restore to a point when you had MSWord (if possible). After that turn system restore off (refer to help section if necessary). The reason for this is that many bad viruses have a reboot hacktool that resides in the restore volume. You think you've gotten rid of the virus and as soon as you reboot, the hacktool re-installs the virus. The only way to kill it is to turn of restore. Once you pc is clean turn system restore back on and create a new restore point. If you don't have Anti-virus and firewall (If you're using norton that came with computer and windows firewall they are useless), you can download AVAST Free here: http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download and Zone Alarm Firewall here:http://www.zonealarm.com/security/en-us/zonealarm-pc-security-free-firewall.htm
They are both free and pretty good too.

Follow instructions for getting rid of
malware.
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
If you have any problems you can mail me at [email protected] and I can walk you through the process.
Hope this helps
If this helps you resolve your problem, please
consider giving me a good rating and a quick
thanks or good job.It will help me as well.
Thank you.

I tried to instal greeting cards 123.Macafee didn't let me do it.Now I've lost everything.I can't even get my e mail. What did i do? How do I restore it to the original settings?

You have restore points automatically set on your computer. You need to find where the last restore point is and restore to that point. Then when you try to reload the greeting cards again do when you are off line and turn your virus protection off and when you are done loading greeting card program turn virus protection back on. I recommend getting rid of Macafee it is junk and you are paying way too much for it. You can go on line to cnet.com and get free virus protection from AVG and it will not mess up your computer when you are trying to down load new software. The nice thing is it is free.

DVD Player Infected By Virus When Using Pen Drive

I think it is a DVD player with hard disk?
Look for an option to format the disk.
That way you can get rid of the virus.

C: drive thought to be memory stick

fully format the drive in which you have installed the OS and then install the fresh copy of the windows XP ....
if the same problem persists then your system might have got attacked with some virus like trojan backdoor or trojan horse ...

this virus will not be vanished if you remove the partition and reinstall the Xp also so first you must download a good updated antivirus & then scan your whole system & clean the virus & then install the fresh copy of the OS by formatting that drive ...

any doubts you can reply me
i am always here to assist you

Restting a desktop due to virus or worm

get rid of Macafee, it wont help

restore to the earliest point you can, will minimize the spread of the virus then

use an online scanner like http://www.pandasoftware.com/ActiveScan/
and install
AVG free http://free.grisoft.com
Avast free http://www.avast.com or
FProt
or another av system that works,
Macafee and Norton are definitely counterindicated

system restore should be reset to the maximum disk space allowable, the tweaks espoused by many, of reducing disk space for system restore causes problems like this.
resetting the restore size will not magically replace missing system restore points, they are gone, but will give you more days worth of repair time in future, it will happen again.
