We see this a lot. The problem is almost certainly on the control panel, which we regularly repair nationwide for $39.95 postpaid.
This light failure often occurs when a bulb goes out and the filament shorts, or when the bulbs are removed or installed without first unplugging the oven from the power line. Either can cause such a failure on the controller.

this unit was produced by the Amana corporation for the Sears Kenmore brand, there are 2 different electrical schematic diagrams,i would first remove the top cover of the unit in question, then carefully discharge any residual voltages from the internal high voltage capacitor, then check for burned or poor connections on the control circuit board that lead to the lamps you just purchased and also the interlock switches where the door closes,if one of these is mis-adjusted the unit is not suppose to operate at all,but sometimes a mis- adjustment will allow certain operations to continue and others not to

Hello &
Welcome to FixYa The control
board cannot go bad just because the bulbs are burned, first check the wiring
harness for any burnt wires, if that's fine then it is the fuse that is bad and
needs replacement. You can also check this parts picture to locate the fuse. Please
get back to me if you have any other questions. Kevin
