Question about Garden
I have a Troy Built 21" with a Honda engine model 12AV835Q711. I am searching desperately for help. I need the part number and/or how to replace the plastic bracket that holds the drive control cable in place underneath the mower. I've searched high and low and can't find anything on line. THANK YOU

The back wheels are held on by a bolt threaded into the rear axle. To gain access you need to pop off the little black cap with a screwdriver, Then with a 12mm socket remove the bolt and large washer( used to hold the plastic cap), then slide the wheel off. If it wont slide off, due to corrosion ( Rust), then soak it with WD-40 or some type of penetrating oil. Note, some tractors have a keyed axle, if yours does....dont lose it, and when you reinstall the rear wheel, install the key AFTER you install the wheel. Do it from the out side NOT the inside, or it will ( could) push off when reinstalling the wheel. If that happens you wont have any drive on that side.
Hope this was helpful
