Mitsubishi dxk09z3-s compressor doesnt fire up at all, cant check gas level. tried to force it on still nothing

Check the all fuses

You mean it cranks but won't start ?
If the check engine light is not on when you turn the key on, the engine computer does not have power from a fuse, or the computer has failed.

If it was running it probably is still the oil level switch not reading the oil level in the sump. Recheck the unit.

It could be your Cadillac converter. I had the same problem with a 2006 eclipse, driving it it would stop off it i didn't have my foot on the gas, i replaced the converter and the mass air flow sensor and it fired right up and drove fine.

There are two things you can check outside before calling a service technician. The first is the breaker to the outside unit. There is a breaker or disconnect near the unit. If there is nothing wrong with the electrical supply, check the refrigerant level. If the level is low, the pressure switch will cut off power to the compressor to protect it from damage. DO NOT try to recharge the compressor yourself.

check that the vehicle is grounded properly or put a good ground cable between the engine block and the vehicles frame i feel that the ground is broken or left out in the process of replacing the engine, GROUND THE SYSTEM
