You've got a bad switch in the gun, a broken or disconnected wire to the dwitch and drive motor, or the drive motor is burned out. You will need to check each part with a meter of some sort WITH THE UNIT UNPLUGGED!!! It's doubtful that the power into the unit is the problem, but it could be if they split off one leg of the 220 and run it to ground through the drive circuit to ground and get the 110 that way. Make sure that both legs of the outlet are showing 110-120V. If not, then go to the breaker box and replace the bad circuit breaker.
